Welcome to ShishyaGo 2.0 (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
ShishyaGo 2.0 is a comprehensive digital school management platform designed to streamline academic, administrative, and communication processes for educational institutions.

By accessing or using the ShishyaGo 2.0 web or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. User Eligibility

ShishyaGo 2.0 is intended for use by:

  • School Administrators
  • Principals
  • Teachers
  • Students
  • Authorized school staff

Student accounts are created and managed under the authority of their respective schools.

2. Account Registration & Responsibility

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Login credentials must be kept confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.
  • Unauthorized access or misuse must be reported immediately.

3. Role-Based Access

ShishyaGo 2.0 operates on a role-based access system:

  • Admins & Principals manage institutional data
  • Teachers manage assigned classes and academic records
  • Students access their own academic and communication data

Users may not access or attempt to access data beyond their assigned role.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to breach system security
  • Upload false, harmful, or misleading data
  • Interfere with system functionality or performance
  • Share login credentials with others

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Data Ownership & Usage

  • All academic and administrative data belongs to the respective school.
  • ShishyaGo 2.0 processes data solely to provide platform services.
  • We do not sell or commercially exploit user data.

6. Platform Availability

  • We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted service.
  • Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
  • We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions beyond reasonable control.

7. Fees & Payments (If Applicable)

  • Certain features or modules may be paid.
  • Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be communicated separately.
  • Failure to pay applicable fees may result in restricted access.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, design, software, and branding are the property of ShishyaGo 2.0.
  • Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without permission.

9. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
  • Restrict access if misuse or security threats are detected
  • Terminate services upon institutional request

Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked.

10. Limitation of Liability

ShishyaGo 2.0 shall not be liable for:

  • Data inaccuracies caused by user input
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Losses arising from misuse of the platform

The platform is provided on an “as-is” basis.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
