ShishyaGo 2.0 ("we", "our", or "us") is a digital school management platform designed to simplify academic, administrative, and communication processes for educational institutions.
This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for subscriptions, services, or payments made for using ShishyaGo 2.0.
1. Subscription & Payment Model
ShishyaGo 2.0 operates on a subscription-based or service-based pricing model, which may include:
- Monthly or annual subscription plans
- Institutional licensing fees
- Custom feature or integration charges
- Add-on services (SMS, hosting, customization, etc.)
All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made due to technical error
- Incorrect billing caused by system malfunction
- Subscription activated incorrectly without usage
- Service not delivered as agreed due to technical failure from our side
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after subscription activation
- Partial usage of subscription period
- Non-usage of the platform after activation
- Termination of service due to violation of terms
- Delay or issues caused by third-party services (SMS, internet, hosting, etc.)
- Custom development or customization work already delivered
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, institutions or authorized users must:
- Contact the ShishyaGo Support Team with payment details
- Provide transaction ID, invoice number, and reason for refund
- Allow our team to verify the request
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued, depending on:
- Duration of service used
- Nature of the issue
- Type of subscription or customization
The final decision regarding partial refunds will be made by ShishyaGo 2.0.
